LE 2 simple destruction spells

The master destruction spells aren't what I thought they would be. I level all the way to 100 so I could use them, and what I got? A fire explosion centered on myself, a kamehameha wave and a blizzard storm. They are cool, don't get me wrong; but what I really wanted was:

 

A meteor that falls from the sky at target location

A lightning bolt that hits the ground at target location

 

That's it. Those already exist, mind you, so it should be very easy to implement!

For the meteor, Alduin's shout should help. Instead of many meteors falling randomly, it will be a single meteor hitting a precise target area.

For the lightning bolt, it's the same as the meteor but using instead the Storm shout.
