Help! I can't get one mod to stop working!!!

Ok, so I decided to try out CBBE body, after using UNP for a while, didn't like it, disabled and deleted it, and didn't activate UNP again. Now it doesn't say it loads either of them, but still my character and female NPC's all go around nude if they don't have armor equipped! How can I fix this?!? ; - ; [EDIT]: I fixed it. You don't have to help me. But if you have this same problem, I used the female body thing from Zazamel's Drow Race and overwrote the naked body. O.o UNP doesn't have an esp to deactivate. It's a simple data folder replacer. I believe CBBE is the same way.

 

If you had manually installed either or both of the mods then you need to manually uninstall.

 

If you had installed via NMM then you should have uninstalled with NMM and the files would be gone.

 

At any rate, what you can do and this is true of UNP (possibly CBBE but don't know for sure).

 

navigate to your game folder then go to

Skyrim/Data/Textures/Actors/Character/Female

and move the following files if present:

• femalebody_1.dds
  
• femalebody_1_msn.dds
  
• femalebody_1_s.dds
  
• femalebody_1_sk.dds
  
• femalehands_1.dds
  
• femalehands_1_msn.dds
  
• femalehands_1_s.dds
  
• femalehands_1_sk.dds
  
• femaleunderwear.dds
  
• femaleunderwear_n.dds
  

then navigate to

Skyrim/Data/Meshes/Actors/Character/Character Assets

and move the following if present

• femalebody_0.nif
  
• femalebody_1.nif
  
• femalefeet_0.nif
  
• femalefeet_1.nif
  
• femalehands_0.nif
  
• femalehands_1.nif
  

I say move them just in case another mod you might be using needs one of them.

 

Another alternative is to get the exact download version you used for each mod and extract them to a clean directory, then copy paste the textures & meshes folders into skyrim/data directory then right click in windows explorer and choose undo copy. that would remove what they added too.

Thanks for the help! I just took some data from a race mod, Zazamel's Drow Race, and put it in the default for Skyrim and now is working fine. :)
