McPipe
It would seems like an amazing idea to have a trully hardcore experience in Skyrim (LE and SE) by not taking away the super easy scaling of the rest of the world. To make it fair, the level should cap below -5 your level, but it can reach up to +300 your level. Why capping below? so you dont find a petty level 1 bandit that you can kill by the breeze you do while sprinting by his side.-"Imagine going for a stroll, a level 10 nord, and a random event pops up, an assassin, and its a level 257, so you run, but then, as you run, a Tiger, level 89 pounce at you, so you turn back and run, but then you heard "never should had come here!" and 3 bandits level 150 start chasing you... but, there is a patrol of Stormcloaks, which are neutral towards you, but hate bandits, and they are level 100, 120, 90 and 110, so you are safe now... but for how long?"-Leveling, and placing the right perks would become more important now, since the world doesnt care if you are 10, 50, or 150.Mods that add new NPC (soldiers, animals, guards, bandits, or merchants) should also be affected by this new mod.Could be offered separated:-Unleveled Enemies. (Bandits, Draugr, vampires, etc)-Unleveled Guards.-Unleveled Soldiers.-Unleveled Animals and Creatures.-Unleveled townfolks, merchants and travelers. And for the trully hardcore players, all together:-Super pack, everyone is unleveled. (all 5 in 1)IT WOULD BE SUPER AWESOME!!!You guys are the beeeeeeeeeeeesssssssssstttttttt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D
