Operation Anchorage DLC: Hostile Mister Gusty

[Medicat]

I have Fallout 3 GOTY and I deciced to play Operation Anchorage, but when I leave the base Hostile Mister-gustys are spawning killing me and everyone.

You need to get your load order straightened out. Download and install BOSS http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/10193 to handle sorting your load order. You should also get FO3Edit http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/637 and the FO3Edit training manual http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/8629 to make a merged patch. Also, Streetlights.esm should be loaded higher in your load order. Read the ReadMe that came with it.
