Skyrim SE ctd after main menu loads

The imperial logo in the main menu loads just fine, but as soon as the buttons: Load game, etc. load, the game freezes for one second before crashing, I've read several people who had the same problem and I tried all of their tips, but none of them worked, including using wrye bash, loot and I also tried turning my internet off as that apparently was a problem once. I also tried reinstalling the game and then launching the game with no mods at all, it still crashed at the same point. So if anyone has any idea why, I'd be grateful for all advice.

The latest versions of USSEP and RS Children have a fatal conflict with Aventus Aretino, and you need to patch the Aventus records using xEdit. Look at each mod page.

If the problem happens even with no mods loaded then your modlist is unintresting right now

 

Did you completly delete Skyrim when you tried a reinstall? Like manually deleted all files?

Where is Steam installed, in what path e.g default path is C:\Program Files(x86) which is controlled by UAC in WIndows Vista or newer WIndows?

 

Also, where is SSE installed. Is it inside Steam or is it outside of Steam and if it is outside then where is SSE installed, in what path?

solved the issue, found some files of an old mod that nexus mod manager didn't delete for some reason in my game files, deleted them and now it runs just fine
