Pink Raider Female and Ghoul Female bodies w/ New Vegas Redesigned

So this is actually related to a thread I started earlier, but I'm starting a new one (I hope that's okay) because I discovered through some searching that I had the wrong idea about the source of the problem. I am having pink bodies (not hands) for female raiders and female ghouls. And some searching has revealed that others are having this problem with New Vegas Redesigned.

I was not able to find any solutions in the other results, except a link to a FAQ from the original NVR developer that is no longer available. I've tried toggling archive invalidation and verifying my files via Steam - Steam did not detect any missing files other than some music files (actually caused by a radio mod replacing them with volume-leveled versions)

Note that I'm using Qwinn's New Vegas Redesigned, though the problem existed before I started using it. Below is my plugin order. I am a super-noob with mods and am relying on Vortex alone to sort them, so there may be an issue related to that.

Pink means the texture is missing, go through and check that all the files from the mod made it into the correct folders.
