Can't find a mod (or mods) - Minor changes to Whiterun, weapons, city guards

Hi!

 

I hope I haven't missed a thread about this kind of question.

 

I'm currently rebuilding my modded skyrim. I'm looking for a few features that were present in an early version of my modded skyrim, but that I can't manage to find back.

 

I think a few were from Immersive Armors and Immersive Weapons, but as I had troubles with those mods (possibly not from them, I'm unsure of the causes of some of my prior problems, but I saw a few comments on possible CTDs originating from any of those), I'm being extra-careful in modding (no quick "care-free" (I always follow the recommended step, but it's a thing between reading requirements and checking users' reviews to avoid troubles) installations, no modding as long as an issue isn't solved).

 

The features I was searching for were the following included :

• There is a statue of Mara in Whiterun
• There is a few items graveyard of Whiterun (broken greatsword, ancient nord helmet, Whiterun guards armors, flowers) (Immersive armors?)
• There is such weapons as katana, an asian short sword (can't recall the name) (Immersive weapons?)
• Skyrim guards wears ancient nord helmets, steel helmets, fur hoods... (Immersive armors?)

If you have any of those features, can you tell me which mod adds it (if you know of it), or show me your load order.
