Ironman5000
As I am following the Facebook Elder Scrolls group I got an update to this link, http://kotaku.com/5947989/morrowind-just-got-even-prettier-with-this-new-graphical-overhaul I'm not sure what to make of this as the download links are all over the place with no main location, and the ModDB link (the only one I dare enter as I only recognize that one) says in the download link the mod was added in february. When I click the link from Kotaku to Ornitocopter I see the word "Torrent" all over which to me means "Warning". I may be mistaken and naive or even ignorant to non-nexus modding teams but if anyone could confirm the authenticity of this I would be grateful as judging by the pics it would make the game 1000 times visually more impressive! firsTraveler
The vid looks fantastic. Is there a reason why this isn't on NEXUS? For any particular game I prefer to only use one mod site, and NEXUS is the best.
Ironman5000
The vid looks fantastic. Is there a reason why this isn't on NEXUS? For any particular game I prefer to only use one mod site, and NEXUS is the best. Apparently they are planning to upload it on the nexus. On closer inspection and watching the video this doesn't look wholly unlike a compilation of mods already available here. Last time I played it I was using MGE with almost every available mesh and texture replacer to get the best visuals and I do see quite a few similarities here so as this isn't confined to moderation I wonder if some assets might have been taken without permission (there's no evidence but I can't see what would stop them). The modDB download has disappeared ... :ermm: am I just too suspicious?
Syneval
I can confirm that for me at least, the new overhaul works as advertised. The game truly looks fantastic and sort of keeps the original art feeling, at least in my opinion. The only thing preventing me from enjoying it fully is the uncertainty of which mods would be compatible: mods that dont overwrite changes made by the overhaul, the behaviour of mods changing outdoor cells vs the increased draw distance (as the far landscape seems to be generated during the overhaul install, and Im not sure if relaunching the landscape gen again would be without problems). Hopefully someone with more time than me will make a mod list in the near future!

Syneval
Thanks Ironman, Its indeed BSA! Had forgotten about that little distinction as Ive not modded MW in years I can confirm that for me at least, the new overhaul works as advertised. morrowind1979
I am using this huge mod on morrowind right now. While it is pretty amazing it ain't bug free am afraid lol. So far 2 cave dwellings in Gnisis have been replaced with sliding doors with rock faces behind them, same for the daedric ruins near ahemusa camp at the Grazelands.
