Trees and Grass, Shimmering

After following the Nordic Guide, i'm having this problem, and I don't know how to solve it.

Im using the Intrigued ENB

and if i uninstall this preset, the problem persist.

After i upload this video, youtube cut a lot of quality. But in game it is very noticeable.

 

Any tips, to solve all this shimmering ?

Go into your graphic card settings and make sure all of the things like AA, AO, TXAA, etc are turned off.
