As far as I know, it hasn't been updated or converted to SSE, so it has a bit of a learning curve attached. Similarly, there was another mod recently converted to SSE that also introduces a half-khajiit race, but offers no replacer option.Just type "Ohmes-Raht" in the search bar for both games to find them.Sorry that I can't be of more help. There are a good number of mods that add cat-girl followers (Mrissi, Alicia), or add cat ears and tails to your character (Neko Race), but changing an entire race is a ton of work.Anyway, good luck.
