Aggressive Consistent NPC Hostility.

For some reason everywhere I go every NPC is hostile to me, as well as to one another. This only does not apply to my companion(s). For example: I'll walk into a town and guards + villagers will start attacking me, but then... they'll start killing each other, guards killing other same faction guards (Stormcloaks killing other Stormcloaks).

 

I have no idea how this started happening, I have no known bounties, if I do I was unable to pay them off by using console command with either player.setcrimegold # Faction or player.paycrimegold 0 0 Faction. I am a werewolf, but as far as I'm concerned it has nothing to do with it, I have no other diseases. I have tried setav Aggression, and stop combat/ stopcombat Player. But none of this seems to work.

 

I first noticed this happening after I started the Dawnguard quest and brought Serana back to her Castle. Upon delivering her to her father and him giving the speech about changing me from werewolf to vampire he and his vampire brethren start attacking the calves/slaves, then start attacking Serana (which is weird to see him attacking his own daughter), and of course Serana would also be hostile to me shortly after. I may or may not have a bounty (I recall killing people for Dark Brotherhood earlier), but this is weird even so. Also my damn horse Shadowmere was also in the habit of attacking me.

 

This happens everywhere and I cannot track the source.

This is mostly just confusing and weird, but I cannot really progress any real quests or social interactions with NPCs because of this.

 

TL;DR: Lots of Aggro.

 

I was thinking it would be mod based; but I cannot find the source, assuming it was companion or AI changing, but I have NOT noticed this problem before with my mod list (Also play on PC):

*I've tried this with and without WARZONEs mod, which I took off anyways because the battlefields would cause nigh on unplayable framerate drops or crashes.

**With the UFO mod, which worked well before I also attempted to uninstall and re-install with no change or fixes.

Well, I think you are right that it is problably a mod thing. Sorry I can't tell you which. Bben's troubleshootingwill walk you through the steps to figuring it out.
