Otong, you lost me when you claim that don't want to use Vortex or Mod Organizer... sorry man...

If you want to make things harder for no reason, you will bring questions reasons here for no reason as consequence.

peace!

Sorry, i just want to install UP, i don't see why i need mod manager to install 1 mods only (UP), i've been looking around mods for fallout and i dont think i gonna need it in my very first playthrough, and all i want is UP only. All i need is an answer for my previous question.

You can also use Mod Organizer 2. But I would absolutely recommend using some mod manager.
Dropping stuff into data works, but then you have to edit that load order text file by hand to actually enable the mod.
Also, if the mod isn't properly ba2-packed, you end up with lots of loose files, which you can't possibly clean up manually. It gets even worse if you have several mods like this, and they overwrite the same file...

Hey, i try to install UP manually by just copy paste all files( without Docs folder) to fallout 4 data folder, after that i check plugins.txt to make sure UP.esp is listed there and also check mod in main menu. And this is the result

Does this mean UP successfully installed ? If so does it already activated and i good to go ? Or maybe there is something else i should check to make sure UP successfully installed ?

yes this way its active, look at my mod list page back, *xxx.esp=active, # *xxxx.esp=deactivated, that way you don't have to remove the entry

Play the game as God (Howard) intended - Vanilla. Not even the UF4P (I've had my own troubles with it... just sayin')

THEN you will have a very good idea about what parts of the game you liked, and what parts you didn't. I have my own 'must have' list, but you need to make your own. The ONLY piece of advice I would hazard to give is that CBBE is a must for just about all of the clothing mods, but there are a few more that that have become so integral to modding that a lot other mods depend on them (like AWKCR, etc.)

But do vanilla first, so you can appreciate what the mods are going to do for you.

EDIT: And if you have NO plans to add any other mods this play-through, then what you did was fine. HOWEVER, do not start adding other mods without a mod-organizer. I used to use MO2, and was happy with it, but I now use Vortex. Even though its harder to learn/implement, I feel it was worth the effort, because my game is FAR more stable because of it. I hope you aren't planning on using the DLCs, because the UF4P doesn't work (currently) with Nuka-World.

what type of issues are we talking about when it comes to Unofficial fallout 4 patch, i am currently using it, but have yet to do any of the dlc, but if it causes more issues then it fixes i might remove it.

not to mention the very fact that all DLC are mandatory for said mod, which is quite funny, that it is apparently causing issues with said DLC
