M48A5
You game is crashing because your load order is a mess. You must read the mod description page, installation instructions and ReadMe. First, all of the Fallout 3.esm, including DLC must load first. The only exception is Streetlights.esm. With a list like you have, you need BOSS to sort your load order. Obtain it here: http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/10193 For DCInteriors, use only the combo edition (as stated on the mod page) not the individual areas. Did you ever run the game unmodded to ensure your computer can run the game? See this article: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/652876-fallout-3-modding-and-you/. And this mod you don't even have to read the ReadMe, it tells you what to do RezDCSubwayLoadLast.esp. You need to do more research before you can expect a load list like you have to provide a reasonablly stable game.

TheStrictNein
Sweet jesus christ the lord at that load order. Are you sure BOSS didn't fix it? If not, download FO3Edit and run it. It should tell you what the problem is if it crashes upon load (sounds like a problem with FOSE)
M48A5
If you cannot get the game to run without any mods, then you either have an install problem or an equipment problem. Fallout 3 should be installed in a location other than Program Files. There is also a problem with using a CPU with more than 2 cores. With an unmodded game, your load order should be:Fallout 3.esmAnchorage.esmThe Pitt.esmBroken Steel.esmPoint Lookout.esmZeta.esmThis is all you should have installed and active. From this point you should work on getting the vanilla game to run. Then you can start to add mods, one at a time with checks in game to ensure they are operating properly.
