@CelestialPaladin: Yes, heavy armor sets will be included in later versions. We are however limited because there arent many heavy armors from Witcher. Yes, we will use those shoulder pads:

As for the color of Julianos armor: Its seems to be the normal texture with some gold trimming. No bandits will have gold trimming, Maybe an ebony replacer will have it. As of yet, only Tullius have gold trimming. If I ever make yarl armors, they will have as well. I will not use Actus' gold trimmed texture because I think mine is superior.

For ebony, the dark coat of plates was planned. Nice armor with dark texture-> fits perfect :D

Btw ludd do we need some of this for later stuff? :)

Eventually a new normal map with "wrong" settings can add a shiny look? :D

 

Or you could play with the settings in the BSLightingShaderProperty in nifscope: Set the Emissive Color to light gray, higher the glossines and the specular strength. And maybe add a shiny specular map.

Well, I definitely can't create such great textures as this guy but the 'shiny effect' seems doable. For me, it really depends on the textures that are already given, because I can only work with existing textures. I lack the skill of creating new textures.
