TheMedievalsKnights
Guys, don't go to far, this mod is just an armour repl acer, not a batte mod or something helse, you just having false hopes :\
Boaresa
As a modder myself, must frustrating thing is that people are never happy. Once you finish one thing, there's always two-to-three requests more.Okay, i get that frustration because i know it just to well myself. But just to remind you that these are mindgames. Besides that, how else would you add rare things as "Knights" other than this way? Ofcourse just simply forging yourself, killing a guard and risking bounty status, what would be even more work, or using console command but i bet you that there will be at least 50 people showing up "where can i find an knight armor" and so on. So it would be the best solution which comes to mind or have you a better idea? TheMedievalKnights Guys, don't go to far, this mod is just an armour repl acer, not a batte mod or something helse, you just having false hopes :\A few posts ago you said you would add a whole castle for the fighters guild faction. But when you are done i voluntere to add some "warzones" or more likely some battlegrounds. I planned such a thing anyway, so give me a hint when you agree. By the way i would look at some of mr_siika's resources he made for Oblivion. Looks very medieval that stuff. Its resources so i would guess that counds for skyrim to. http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/38734/?tab=3&navtag=/ajax/modimages/?user=0&id=38734 http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/14830/?tab=3&navtag=/ajax/modimages/?user=0&id=14830 But i'am sure you know that stuff anyway. Dead body with the armor on near some of the areas where you would expect to find dead soldiers?about 97,6% easier to do and much safer. Also, no matter what, there's always people asking "Where I could get the armor for myself", even if it'd be available at forge, even if the description would pinpoint the location, even if there's twenty books in-game that tell you about the location, someone always asks "how do I get it". TheMedievalsKnights
When I spoke about my stand alone release of my works, It wasn't planned for the Credo mod but for a personnal mod about, as I said the fighter's guild. And of course I'll use all the medieval ressources for Oblivion I have and trust me I have them all. But please stop speaking about that for the moment, maybe I'll create a new topic for that. ENGOZ
Doesn't the Warzones Civil Unrest Mod contain differing unit types than vanilla? If so would you plan on having a specific patch or version that would be able to focus on making the armies that fight eachother (stormcloak, imperial, bandits, etc.) more diverse with armors. The only reason I am asking is because when I tried doing an armor replace mod that used Warzones Civil Unrest most of the soldiers were wearing the exact same armor even when I tried adding new combinations of armor to the level lists. Then again this team's ability is 100x better than what mine was so I am sure you guys will do a great job incorporating your armors into the game. CyrusAmell
Dead body with the armor on near some of the areas where you would expect to find dead soldiers? about 97,6% easier to do and much safer. Is this even serious? He is 100% serious, and English is likely not his first language. For instance, some of the best modders I know are Russian. Look, your idea did not go over well with the guys actually making the mod so why bother pressing the issue? In 3-4 months this mod might be complete and we would then enjoy the presence of good looking soldiery to slaughter, which should be enough for everybody. Boaresa
Has nothing to do with the language, its the dead body just dumbing it into the landscape. Because its easier and safer like a house cat compared to an sabre tooth tiger. And whats cooler? I have some progress myself and will do it the warzone way. (Probably not compareable to warzones)http://i.imagebanana.com/img/ehhyki3m/thumb/bruma.png Edited May 13, 2013 by Boaresa
CyrusAmell
You have great potential as a modder Boar, as well as the vision needed, but every modding community has to cope with priorities and limits as set by development teams. New members are a blessing, without the new blood the mod is more likely to die or at the very least remain incomplete. If you can, help the team and when it's done you will have access to all the assets and assured permission to use it in a modification of the Warzone mod. Witcher5688
Guys, don't go to far, this mod is just an armour repl acer, not a batte mod or something helse, you just having false hopes :\With random battles in that mod my head will explode if I start to work on the ck, alone these armors will give me a work from a complete month.pls DON'T talk about random battles, I won't add them to the mod esp, because its, like TMK said, only a Armor replacement mod. @ CyrusAmell3-4 months?sorry but I at the moment the chance about a release in september is 10%.The Reason: Just a few (I would say 4) Armors are ready for the CK, means they will work with animations.Sry but In my point of view, the credo mod will be released next year. :(If we could get some help from the community to make the armor ready for the CK, there would be a chance of 30% that the mod will be released this year but atm the release date will be next year. I'm really, really sorry about that. hope you aren't very angry about this... :( Edited May 13, 2013 by Witcher5688
