anjenthedog
Ok, time for a newbie level question: How can I change the default save location for Skyrim game snapshots? I'd like to save them to my /user/pictures/skyrim directory instead of the /Program Files/Steam/steamapps/...common/Skyrim Special Edition/ directory. Simple as that. And if the answer is obvious, I apologize. I did a widenet search but got "How do I change Skyrim's default save location" type answers with nothing about snapshots EDIT: To be clear about what I'm talking about, when using the "stock" windows F11 screenshot key, snapshot images are saved in the game directory by default. Desired change is to save to my personal (WIndows User) "Pictures" directory
IsharaMeradin
I do not think you can change the location. What I did was used Steam to take screenshots and then linked the folder to my pictures library so that I could navigate the images in a folder under the Pictures directory. jjb54
Sadly, the only way to make it " quick " is to set up a SHORTCUT on your desktop. The file is " Hardset ". But over the next few days, I'll see if I can find a way --- but don't hold your breath. I'm told we do not look " good " in that color of blue. anjenthedog
Thanks for the answers. I'll create a shortcut. That's a good idea.
