[LE] Disable Scripted Scenes (Like Markarth stabbing and Solitude execution)

Is it possible to disable some of the scenes that play when you enter an area for the first time? Like the stabbing in Markarth or the execution in Solitude?

Could somebody make a mod like that, or tell me how I could?

I don't care if it breaks the game. Ive been playing Skyrim for a zillion years, I'm fine with breaking it on my 10,000 playthrough.

They're probably scenes in the related quests, one way to disable them could be to skip these quest stages in the fragments and directly move to the next stage (if nothing else is going on in these stages that the scenes).
