Escalator effect while in 3rd person

ok i have a slight issue...

when me or any character for that matter run forward only while wielding, something the leg animation doesn't work/is broken

i just call it the escalator effect cause that's pretty much what it resembles

soooo i'm wondering....has anyone else experienced this issue?

if so, is there a fix?

i'll post my load order in a bit

have to reinstall NMM.

here's a ss of my load order lol

stupid NMM doesn't allow LO Export -_-

so a ss is the best i could come up with other than typing each mod individually letter by letter -_-

Just go to C:\Users\?\AppData\Local\Skyrim and paste the loadorder.txt/plugins.txt files. But holy s***, so many mods. I have 51 and I think they're a lot o_O
