MrCooper2006
I couldnt believe it. I was in the first town you come across and spoke to a man called Mr Burke(?) and to my suprise he had the voice of Lucien Lachance, it was so strange. Immediate memories of the Dark Brotherhood come to mind! I cant remember where the other guy was, but someone spoke to me and it was the Dark Elf male voice from Oblivion, except speaking in his native(?) American accent this time. Im hoping ill be able to spot a few more after playing a bit longer.
sterlingx2011
Bethseda seems to use quite a few of the same voice actors. Many of them also play the roles of Ship Captains in Star Trek Legacy.
WrathOfDeadguy
It's not just Bethesda that does it. There are several voice actors who did parts in both KotOR and Mass Effect (the most noticeable was Lt. Alenko, who shared a voice actor with Carth Onasi). I don't see why it should be so surprising- like screen actors, voice actors become known for playing certain kinds of characters and doing certain kinds of games. I didn't notice Mr. Burke's connection to Lucien at first... I was too busy offing him to avenge a *certain* character he shot in the back. His silenced pistol served me well until I started encountering enemies that the 10mm just couldn't stop. Nicked his shades, too; wore 'em until I found the biker goggles. :)
Tehpastaboy
The voice of the guard on the intercom when you first show up at Tenpenny Tower, the guy who tells the ghoul to get lost, that's the same voice-actor who did the male Redguard voice in oblivion. WoogieMonster
I've heard the voice-actor for male Bosmers too. Being evil, the first Oblivion remnant that got my attention was seeing bloody handprints.
Wis3boi
yep, the voice of Carth Onasi from KotoR was also used as Clone Comando 62 in Republic Commando
Palpenious
I had heard Ron Perlman was supposed to do the narration again, but didn't notice, did anyone else?
Olurum
Did anyone actually notice Liam Neeson as 'dad'? I sort of thought I heard it somewhere, but had to read up on it first. But yea, I did recognize Lucien Lachance and many other 'race' voices. It's refreshing how some female characters actually sound young for once too. UnholyShadow
Yes, Perlman did the intro.
