Can't remove the snow drifts added by iNeed

I installed iNeed but i did not like how the snow piles looked, that are added by the mod. They are present in every Snowy place in Skyrim, but their textures do no match the surrounding area.

Now even after uninstalling iNeed, these snowdrifts are still in the game. It looks like once they're in you can't get them out.

I looked at the ID's of the snow piles in the creation kit, and they are objects that are part of the vanilla game, but scattered around once you install iNeed. So it probably would not be a good idea to delete them from the game.

Is there any way i can get rid of them? Or am i just stuck with them forever? I would really appreciate any help because i can't find anyone else with this issue

For the record, the drifts look like this

These come from the iNeed - Extended plugin according to the iNeed description page. Make sure you properly uninstalled both it and the main iNeed plugin as well as any associated loose files. If they still show up in game, you may need to leave the snowy areas behind and revisit them after the cell(s) have a chance to reset. By default it is a 30 day waiting period.

If that does not solve the problem, then I do not know.

Even after uninstalling and visiting new cells, the drifts are still there. I have no idea what to do or what causes this
