alfaz62 Posted September 23, 2019 Share Posted September 23, 2019 I was doing some cleaning of the ol'hardrive and found what i thought was backup copies of my mods, but it was the staging folders for my nearly 200 fo4 and 200 fo4vr mods. Vortex game me a big error message saying the meta information has been irrevocably changed. i'm sure my load this -> before that rules have been changed. how do i fix this? or how to i freshly start over? i'm not opposed to a fresh start for my games but that was a lot of time spent modding down the drain 'cuz i'm stupid. AugustaCalidia Posted September 23, 2019 Share Posted September 23, 2019 Are you saying that you deleted your Mod Staging Folders? If so, there's still hope if the Downloads folders are intact, because they contain the archives that were originally installed into the Mod Staging Folders.
