need help with ctd's

i have several mods installed and wyre bash, boss, mod manager (not for all mods) and skse. i also had crashes outside every 10-60mins before hand but my mod list is allot fuller now. i have also tried some other things recommend like changing the

uExterior Cell Buffer= value from 36 to 24

my mod list is arranged by boss's list except a couple:

Many people experience issues when attempting to start the game with mods before exiting the cave at Helgen. You could try an alternate start mod, like "Live Another Life" or start over without mods until you exit the cave.
