Primm Reputation

Sorry if this has come up before, but I've looked and can't find it mentioned anywhere. All of a sudden, I have a reputation in Primm! First off, I do use mods but not all that many. Here's my load order:

In my current run-through, when I finally got around to revisiting Vikki & Vance (well after finishing My Kind of Town and enjoying the Meyers cut-scene that was restored in the excellent Outside Bets mod) and was accosted by the NCR deserters, when I talked them into leaving peacefully, I was awarded reputation (Accepted) in Primm! This is the first time this has ever happened and clearly stems from one of the mods that I use. Problem is, I don't know which mod, even though I've used the excellent FNVEdit to check out the various mod files. Not that I mind at all, but my curiosity has been aroused and I'm wondering if anyone has any inkling as to which mod has decided to reactivate the cut Primm reputation. Thanks for any suggestions. :-)

You've got some esp files that are higher in your load order than esm files, you best change that. ESM files should always be on top, then ESP files afterwards. The game's base ESM should be at the top, followed by DLCs.
