Problem with AFT Please can someone Help I'm sure its something I've done

I am having an issue with AFT. I have used it for years and just recently started having an issue with not being able to use the mod as in the past. I can no longer have followers trade items with me unless they are a house carl. I cannot change their armor or their weapons. Other followers, when I ask to trade Items with me they just Srugg their shoulders. as far as following goes no problem. I can't set their combat style ect. IF anyone can tell me what I have done to screw it up I would appreciate it. I am playing with 209 mods installed and always use LOOT. before I start a session. (Attached)
