I have the same problem however mine is a problem with it looking for the .ini in OneDrive. I don't use OneDrive I use Norton 360 w/ LifeLock and Norton's cloud. it gives me no option of setting where to look for the .ini . Please if some one could help me figure this out it would be greatly appreciated. I have windows 10 pro (probably my biggest problem) and mod organizer 2

I set my ini to 0.005 and it did not slow the mouse down. has any one com ut with a solution?

My hard drive crashed and burned. I completely lost Skirim se. So I bought a SSD and win 10 to start anew. I have reloaded SSE and my mods but upon playing, the forge halfway up the mountain to the Grey beards is gone. have I done something wrong has it been deleted in an upgrade.

Howard broke my skyrim se with the latest update. I've played skyrim since 11/11/11 and have found out how much of a stupid noob I am. I have tried every way I can find to roll back to a previous version of SKSE and Skyrim se that I can find. with no success I would like to roll back to a version that is mid 2019 but I can't seem to find the right combination.I have tried unloading all my mods and running just skse. the results are the same. I get "The code execution cannot proceed because steam_api64.dll was not found. reinstalling the program may fix this problem. Now I don't know if it is talking about reinstalling skyrim se or reinstalling steam? any help would be appreciated. I'm on the back side of 60 and my brain doesen't work as good as it used to.

I am having an issue with AFT. I have used it for years and just recently started having an issue with not being able to use the mod as in the past. I can no longer have followers trade items with me unless they are a house carl. I cannot change their armor or their weapons. Other followers, when I ask to trade Items with me they just Srugg their shoulders. as far as following goes no problem. I can't set their combat style ect. IF anyone can tell me what I have done to screw it up I would appreciate it. I am playing with 209 mods installed and always use LOOT. before I start a session. I need some guidance on what may be the problem. with some of the mods I have downloaded. I have 166 mods that I use. and I also use Vortex and LOOT. I understand that loading or unloading mod mid game is a no no. Most of the mods that I use I have used in the past with no problems. So this play through I have enable all the mods that I have used in the past plus a couple that I want to try out. one mod that I have never been able to get to work is "BELT FASTENED QUIVERS" and I don't know why. one that I have used many times in the past without a problem. is "FASTER MINING" . And now it wont work at all. When I run LOOT (I have fixed all of the warnings and errors. and now receive 0 warnings and 0 errors). I have also used Gophers tutorial on cleaning The master files. What am I doing wrong or what am I not doing that I should be. I am old but not a complete moron. I don't know how to Mod. I recently installed ver 0.17.3 I run windows 10 home on a msi 270 MB with an intel core I5 processor. a nvidia 1070 TI video card. I play Skyrim SE primarily, with around 120 to 150 mods. With this latest ver 0.17.3 I receive the following error under the pane "your issues" "# 3086 open crash startup failed 38 comments. When I try to play the game I cannot get out of Helgan keep. when I loot one of the bodies in the keep the game CTD's. I have search for fixes or any info on how to fix this error with no luck. any help would be greatly appreciated. Also when this first happened I deleted all files and references that I could find for black tree gaming and vortex. and reinstalled to no avail.
