Is there a "safe" spell and item remove mod?

I would like to install a mod such as this one, but I think that personally I need some safeguards against accidental deletion. There also may be specific situations when low-level spells are needed (e.g. if the game temporarily lowers my skills in a quest). The mod should at least write down the title and the ID to its config file for easy restoring with the console.
