"Mod Manager Download" under mod files is not present

I've never modded games before so I'm not sure what I've done wrong, I downloaded Nexus mod manager, logged in, and authorized the account to sink with the browser, I use Firefox and Nexus Mod Manager is up to date. And for example the dynamo ENB mod for Fallout New Vegas that I want to download, I click on it, go to the files section, and when I get there I only have the option to manually download, not download using Nexus Mod Manager. And when I try to download manually I can only get it in a RAR type file, not sure if it should be a zip file or something else, or if it is in the right format I can only download it off of internet explorer, like I said I'm new to modding and I am completely lost right now. If anyone knows why this is happening I would appreciate a response. Thank you.

"Mod Manager Download" button is not available because the ENB mod must be installed manually.

To further elaborate on this, whether the "Mod Manager Download" button is available or not can be set up by the author for each uploaded file individually. So when only manual download is available, chances are it's for a good reason.

ENBs for example can often only be installed by a very few handful of managers, if any, as they usually go into the game folder directly and not where other mods go.
