My buildings have dispeared and I don't know why!?

Crap like this is why I am about ready to delete this frickin game completely.....

 

 

No mod was added moved or taken away, The screenshot is from sanctuary. When I was there everything was fine, I left headed down south to corvega. I got killed and it put me back in sanctuary and crap has disapeared. WTH!!!!!!!

You have player settlement or home mods of Sanctuary? Or you scrap stuff that you should not in the first place.
