Vortex doesn't enable mods in SkyrimSE anymore?

Hey,
I've recently wanted to come back into Skyrim SE (for the about millionth time?) with a few new Mods.

I had used Vortex before I stopped without ever having any problems, but now the mods don't get enabled anymore (Yes I install, enable and deploy in Vortex).

The Mods get installed fine, I can go into the Game and enable them there and everything works off that, which is a fine workaround.

Does anyone have Ideas to fix this? Google and Forum Searches over the last few hours haven't brought up any helpful information.

The mods I tryed installing were mostly new Races and Followers (so stuff with an .esp file that has to be enabled).

Vortex Version: 1.0.3
Game: Skyrim SE
Mod Number: 107 active mods

Windows 10 64-bit, 16GB RAM

Ok after some testing it seems to work now with new and old mods. (I have no idea what's different to before )

It is really hard to visualize what you are doing and what is not working.

What do you mean by " I can go into the Game and enable them there"? There is no way to enable mods from within the game...

Maybe you better start here:

https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/7332636-how-to-post-request-support-for-vortex/

There is a way to enable mods from within the game on the main Menu:
Mods -> Load Order
From there you can change load order and enable/disable which mods are loaded (you really want to actually restart the game afterwards, as a few mods break from that).

If you disable mods in Vortex and Deploy - those mods do not exist in the game directory. You can't enable or disable them - because they don't exist.

You may be saying there was a problem in the plugin list exported to the game by Vortex. Anything you Enable and Deploy should be seen by the game as already enabled.
