Kruniac
Isnt it possible to use the TES Construction Set to open/edit these? Couldnt someone just hack the hell out of the TES CS in order to edit cell values and variables inside the Fallout 3 .esm files? Also, is there a way to UNPACK .esm files? I wouldnt think so, but I've never tried it.
Skotte
Isnt it possible to use the TES Construction Set to open/edit these? No I don't that would work (too much code change between TES & Fallout). Couldnt someone just hack the hell out of the TES CS in order to edit cell values and variables inside the Fallout 3 .esm files? Maybe someone has the skills to do but they most likely wouldn't legally be able to distribute the hack or any works derived from it. Also, is there a way to UNPACK .esm files? I wouldnt think so, but I've never tried it. There is nothing to unpack at the most basic they are like a very big .CFG with details on on how everything is supposed to work.
