extracting models and textures from fallout 4 mods(help)

i need some help with ripping models from mods or the base game. I know how to do the Ba2 stuff and the niff stuff. the thing is that when i download the mod manually. it is A esp file. what am i suppose to do. Any help would be nice

A mod that only has a esp file does not have any custom models.

If a mod has custom models it will have a "Meshes" and a "Textures" folder, or a ba2 archive.
