Security System!

hey, guys I need a little help with an idea I got while using the CK, I wanted to create a sort of security system like when u get in a certain radius u get shoot by a lets say a dwemer crossbow/ballista, I know how making it shoot would work and all, but the question is, is it possible to hit the player even while moving and not always, like it hits me 3 times and the 4 times it doesnt..? is that possible or just a fail idea :S I guess a triggerbox would work for the radius?

Sounds like what I did in the Dwemer Abyss in Waking Nightmare 2. If you set the turrets up right and play with trajectory you could set them up to anticipate where the player would go using a mixture of trigger boxes and turret angle/distances but it all depends on how big your cell is really. Is that what you are getting at?
