Deleted3507349User
You do know you have to equip a shout before you can use it? Just like spells. Not trying to be offensive, it's an honest question.

Deleted3507349User
When you kill the dragon at the western watchtower you absorb it's soul, which is used to power shouts. You learn shouts themselves at word walls. If you killed the dragon at the watchtower, you learned a shout in Bleak Falls Barrow getting the Dragonstone. Go into your magic menu in the shouts section and unlock the shout, then equip it. More info at UESP
