A little help with the GECK?

I am not an expert with the GECK but I am also not a newb to it. I already know how to make a companion that just follows you. I just want to know how to:

 

1) Make fully functioning companion wheel to a companion I make.

 

2) Make dialog for my companion.

 

3) Add voice recordings for the voice acting.

 

4) Customize an NPCs features (Such as hair, equipment, etc...)

 

5) Make a quest.
