I get those fine lines too. I haven't yet found any fix to them, so I just ignore them and blame them on my crappy old video card. Since my machine is technically under-spec to run Skyrim to begin with I'm happy I can even play it effectively (mainly due to a fair amount of settings and ini tweaks).
