I am trying to import a new model - a flintlock pistol shape - into Skyrim (Enderal actually).I have wached LeckerHamster's modding tutorial and every piece of advice I can find to get my model to work. But it just isn't... ugh. I am able to get the model to show up in the inventory with correct textures and size.I am NOT able to get the 1stperson .nif file (ingame model) to show up. And in Nifscope I am not able to move the gun model closer to the node it revolves around. So, I am asking for help. If there is anyone with with a spare hour or so that is expert with this, would you please respond to my request. I have all the model files (both the .obj files from Blender, and the Nifscope model). I have the textures correctly mapped and attached. But I need an expert to just "jig" the model to the Skyrim model (a staff) I used. Anybody please? Alternatively, if a guru could post a pathway of how to move a model closer to a node point and get it to show up in the game I would appreciate it greatly.
