Armor Mods?

Hey guys.

 

I'm new to the whole Mods and Addons Community of Games in general.

 

I've seen all these Armour Mods for Skyrim but i can't seem to find the way on how to put them on. Is there a specific Console Command or is it to be found somewhere?

That depends on the mod. A very few will require you to add them via console. Most will be found in the game world (in a chest somewhere, etc) or created at the forge like the regular game armor. Most modders take the time to write good readmes that will explain how armors will appear in-game.

In addition to Flummox's excellent advice, I would add that in most cases, careful reading of the mod's description, readme and discussion page usually explains what you need to know. If there is no description, I would approach it warily.
