Mouse lag in enchanting/alchemy labs

I'm having some mouse acceleration issues. I added bMouseAcceleration=0 to ~/My Documents/…/SkyrimPrefs.ini and it fixed my mouse in the main menu and inventory, but it's still laggy in enchanting tables, alchemy labs, etc. I'm 99% sure it's not a graphics card problem, since my frame rate is fine and vSync is disabled.

Windows 7 64bit running through VMWare Fusion on my iMac

2.5GHz Intel Core i5 (VM using 2 cores)

AMD Radeon HD 6750M

6144MB RAM (out of 12GB total)

 

Running Skyrim at 1366x768 with settings on High

Using dxtory to restrict frame rate to 30fps; it hovers between 20 and 30 most of the time
