Weird Texture when walking

Hello Skyrim players,

since I started playing skyrim again, which is about 2-3 days ago, I noticed that when I am walking or turning some of the textures (most common: rocks and inside buildings light sources) go black like a lantern going on and off it stops when im not moving . When i first played skyrim I did not have this bug. I installed update 1.7 + dawnguard when I started playing again. My pc is not the best and I can play skyrim only on low or medium, but it is still very much playable. Does anyone know what I can do to fix these "black textures/renders" when walking or turning? I notice that it is worse inside building which contains light sources such as fires or candles. I also have the problem of not beeing able to see anything under water. It just goes black.

I hope someone can help me out,

Kind regards Hicham.

Here's the fix for your underwater problem: Green Water Fix

As far as textures go, are specific items actually turning black or are you having the problem of shadows flashing across the entire screen while moving? I'm not talking about the normal shadow movement due to the sun/moons, but shadows cast by buildings flashing all across the screen when you move.

If you're having the problem of odd shadow movement while walking or running then the fix is here: (use the D3D9Gen )

Basiclly my problem is that the shadows move way to fast when im walking, kinda flickering across the screen which is bloody annoying. I will try your fix however. Thanks in advance

EDIT: that .dll thingy, well it screwed up evetything haha. I deleted it. It caused skyrim to run on a way higher quality then my pc can handle. Thanks trough and hopefully there is another way.
