I followed the copy jean's skydiving route and I think I deleted everything except the lights

Do I just click save and start a new game to test it? I need to download fnv for the sixth time in two days because mods, though this time I'm gonna make a backup before breaking it

I think it goes without saying that it's going to take me a while to learn where the hell they decided to randomly drop all the items in the object window but at least it's doable, but I can't spend any more time today on it

So now at they very least I can confidently place an interior and exterior of a house, and I couldn't of asked for a more perfect tutorial on how to do that. I also learned how to tame the wild beast of a camera, and how to move things around. I can tell my next step is to learn more about items, because there's four teddy bears, and I'm not sure if I"m supposed to place that couch with the blue people or if there's a couch without them that would have less of an effect on performance, if those blue people count as scripts etc etc etc

MeinName you're my hero, I can't spend too much time on this yet but maybe in a month I can. Like I said already I wasn't actually expecting any help I was more expecting what I got towards the end there "use the beth wiki yo" but why don't I just read a wet bible upside down in the dark to learn how to assemble a watch while I'm at it? That's not supposed to make sense

The blue guys indicate the actions NPCs should take with that object. There should be a ststic version of furniture items that they will ignore if you just want clutter. I am almost posotive that using either will use the same amount (roughly) of memory to render.

Too many NPCs WILL however have a significant impact on performance, so keep that in mind when placing them.

Be sure to use the object palette (World > Object Palette Editing), drag items from the object window to the palette for a 3D preview of the object before placing it in the render window (worldspace).

If you are not familiar with the Object Palette look here.

Saves you a lot of keystrokes, believe me - they add up.
