Labargoth
I think my GECK is broken. When I click on actors and then npc's the only one shown is named "Player".

Maybe but more likely you haven't loaded the esp you wish to edit. Click on the 'open' icon, find the esp in the list, double-click (a cross will appear beside it) and click on 'make active' at the bottom of the dialog. acelogan
I don't know if you undestand what I want but I'm just trying to replace the bos soldiers with enclave soldiers and nothing else. I'm not trying to make an own mod or anything like that.Well, essentially that's exactly what you'll end up doing. It's not as simple as just changing a few things with the click of a mouse, and be back up and running in a few minutes. Changing not only the skins, but all the mechanics and commands will take careful planning and a bit of time. You really have to know what you're doing and take the time to understand what it's doing to the game, or you're break it. Luckily the community here is a sharing and caring group of people, willing to show you exactly how to do it. Good luck in your efforts!
