I play once in a while (maybe once a week) but it's not for fun it's just to get some quests taken care of. Is this normal or do I seriously need my face slapped off.

Ah, come on, I also haven't played it for months. I just played Gothic II again, this time with a Paladin. And I say, Gothic is still better than Morrowind :P Germans can make better games than the Americans :P Now please, don't kill me :help:

 

OK, I also played Stronghold a little. But the last few weeks I haven't played anything much at all, I have been writing my novel all the time. Hell, I even got now German testreaders :)

I should vote yes, but I will vote no. Because only you should decide how to spend your free time ( unless you are a parent). But still the joy of playing morrowind is not in the quests, as fun as they may be, but in exploreing what the game has to offer. Not just in game but with the construction set that is included in the game. I have not even started the main quest and for one caracter he was at lv30 and I still only had a third of morrowind explored.Now what I have been doing is playing with all the mods that I personally think are interesting and testing them out. I also have made some very minor mods for my own personal use and am looking to expand on that with scripting.So if morrowind is geting boring maybe you should ask if you are playing the game to its fullest potental, and if the answer is still yes, then the answer to your funny poll is no, you should not be slaped, because in the larger piture morrowind has been around for three(!) years, and for a game that is a very long life. But hopefully you will find a way to rekindle the wonder you first had for the game.

I haven't palyed it for a while because I get bored with it after about the first 2 hours.....I dunno. The game seems kind bland.
