Nerevarik Posted October 20, 2019 Share Posted October 20, 2019 So umm I have encountered a bug where if you place "Velothi's Shield" on the ground it doesn't have a texture and appears as a yellow rectangle, you know those. (I would like to note equipping the shield works fine) The weird thing is since this is not a unique item it has a generic texture of an "Imperial Shield" so I tried to test the same with the imperial one, but everything works fine, I place the imperial and everything is working as intended, no errors and there's a texture. I don't know what causes this, I tried turning off all of my armor retexture mods but the bug is still here. It's not really gamebreaking, just annoying seeing the error everytime I open crates with the shield. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
AYLeiDRuiN Posted October 20, 2019 Share Posted October 20, 2019 You need a Texture to go along with that Nif. Or vice versa. Plenty of mods to do that. You could also try backup the nif & delete and live with the vanilla nif/texture. Your "Warnings.txt" in Root \Morrowind should have the exact name/location of the file in question.
