I'm ok with navigating the CK, but not sure how to start in doing this. I would just use the player female shout sounds. Any guidance would be appreciated. It's a complicated process. you need a quest with all 4 parts of the shout. in this quest dialogue you assign the voice types that can say it. Some of the bits in my guide don't apply since you're just using a standard shout. The guide tells you how to set up new voice powers, magic effects and the like. if you can't find the guide I'll have a look through and post the link. Never mind.
