northtracks
I just started playing Skyrim again and started a new game as well. I'm up to Riverwood right now and my game keeps crashing whenever I venture out into the wilderness. It's usually when I'm sprinting, right after I kill a wolf. It's happened 4 times now and don't know which mod could be causing the conflict. OakRain
Many users report wilderness ctds with Warzones enabled, running that and Monster mod will put a lot of stress on your system unless you have a beast of a rig. Note - I do not use either of these my self but I do spend a lot of time reading the Skyrim forums.
AnkhAscendant
For what it's worth, I agree with OakRain. I did use Warzones, briefly, and stopped because I had a serious crashing issue. (I stopped using a lot of other mods, too, but Warzones was the biggest problem I had.) I don't know what your computer is like, but I've had, on rare occasion, crashing while running in the wilderness even in vanilla, because I have a 32-bit Os and mediocre graphics card; if I find it gets jumpy or laggy I slow down or stop altogether and let the game catch up and load all around me for a few minutes, then I can carry on without worrying. (I admit I've been guilty of sprinting Shadowmere as far as I could and forcing the game to try to load up too much too fast... it's successfully taught me not to do that anymore.)
