Random Ridiculous CTD

I have always had trouble keeping my Skyrim game stable ever since i got a pc years ago to mod it. I use to be able to play for a long time even having a level 80 character at one point. But now i have a new pc and im trying to set up a new playthrough and it just. keeps. crashing. I usually don't make posts anywhere for help but I just want to play the damn game. I use Mod Organizer 2 and Im trying to play Skyrim Special Edition, I use Loot and SSEdit and have cleaned my mods and master files, I kept all my old mods from my old pc and transfered them onto the new hard drive to use in this one. I already went through and made sure I wasn't accidently using Oldrim mods and I think all these should be SSE mods. I tried disabling the Touchscreen service thing because Im on Windows 10 now, i tried changing the borderless ini to false because I heard that might help. I even tried disabling a couple mods that mod organizer said where the wrong versions or needed to be updated. But it doesn't help. I even went looking for the save cleaner and other obscure tools but I couldn't find them so i assume they are just for Oldrim. Im on a level 1 character using alternate start. I CTD randomly, walking around people at a random time, crash. Try to go through a load door into Embershard mine next to guardian stones, crash. Its so random and I have no idea how to figure out what is causing it. Ill leave my load order but if anyone wants to see screenshots of my mod organizer or my hardware info then tell me and ill add them. Please someone help me I've been playing since 2011 and have never been able to just keep my progress or characters because of crashes and problems. Thank you guys

I can see FNIS Behaviour but not the main file. Immersive Citizens has trouble with other mods. A lot of these mods look dodgy,

Cutting Room Floor has been updated. Some of the patches won't work any more.

Some of the conversions have not been done properly. Vortex warns me if this is the case and I delete such mods.
