Biological Research Station ending

So, having a slight problem with the ending i get for the biological research station in Old World Blues. I always get:

 

'The Biological Research Station, obsessed with seeding everything in sight, ran out of fertile plots and blew a circuit trying to seed itself.'

 

You only get this one if X-22 Botanical Garden is not discovered, and i have discovered it, so i should get:

 

'The Biological Research Station, obsessed with seeding everything in sight, requested a transfer to the X-22 Botanical Garden... so that it might, in its own words, "sensually fertilize the garden's smooooth contours." The Garden sent back a polite refusal, saying it had prior commitments with a Vault it had helped infect before the war.'

 

On a side note, he always says 'Still waiting on those seeds' in conversation, even though i've done the field research quest.

Anyone else had this problem?

Or are there any console commands i can use to set the ending to the one i want?

You not only have to discover the Biological Research Station but you also have to bring it back online to get that ending if I remember correctly. There's a holotape for it in the X-22 botanical garden.

You can also use setstage command code if you open OWB in geck and look at the quest stages for that particular quest.

Ive got the holotapes, and done all quests where you upgrade the sink. all before the end of OWB, so its not that i havent activated him, i definitely have.
