FNV Crash when entering certain buildings,

I have looked around the past week but found no solutions to this particular problem., and so far i have avoided entering Rep con Hq and Camp Mc Carren Hq as well as a few others (but i doubt the actual buildings are important0. What happens is it starts loading, before going black and then it crashes to desktop (sometimes it takes longer or less time than normal to crash). It works if De-activate all my mods except the dlc's and Fook, but after that any other mods i try to load too result in the game crashing to desktop. This is kind of annoying because i can't pick out one that is causing the problem because they all seem to make it crash. I have reinstalled the main ones but am skeptical about the effectivness of reinstalling the others again

I am kind of new to modding, but so far i put in a merged patch, i have activated archive invalidation as best i could ( it deleted the loader the first time and i had to reinstall) and i have installed the stutter remover as well as trying with both nvmm and fomm, and i run it via the 4gb loader. I have deactivated all auto-saving options.FNVedit does detect some conflicts but nothing that i can see as major, and i am yet to look in how to resolving them, but they are mostly weapons and such. I have tried to keep the number of mods as low as possible and installed mainly the easy ones. I ran a master update that increased my games stability but removing it does not seem to solve my problem

FNVEdit also gives me these errors

[00:31] Background Loader: Error: record ARMO contains unexpected (or out of order) subrecord DEST 54534544

[00:31] Background Loader: Contained subrecords: EDID OBND FULL EITM BMDT MODL MOD2 ICON DEST DSTD DMDL DSTF REPL BIPL ETYP DATA DNAM BNAM TNAM

as well as some others

1. I don't see Project Nevada DLC patches. Also I don't see WMX and EVE cp patches for it. Search for Project Nevada Patches.

2. I don't see WMX for DLCs. Get it on it's page.

3. I don't see EVE GRA patch and WMX patch.

4. Use NMM and download Nevada Skies All-In-One version. It have very useful installer and all you need

5. Don't see MMUE cp patches.

6. Sort your load order with BOSS

Ok this has worked fantastically, i used Nexus Mod Manager, deactivated all the mods in FOMM and then activated them through Nexus Mod Manager. Then i installed all those patches which fixed a lot of bugs. For anyone having this problem i recommend doing this. Also boss and window mode was really effective, there are good videos on how to do all this on you tube and i suggest following them religiously. Thanks everyone fore helping i was really lost.
