LordPhoenix82nd
Weird results. So I downloaded the Ba2 archives for those mods and installed them through MO. They didn't load in the game. So I tried to manually install the Ba2s and ran Fallout 4 and the textures are still not showing up so it's some issue with Fallout 4 most likely. Super frustrating as this shouldn't be an issue at all Edited November 3, 2019 by LordPhoenix82nd
G4M3W1NN3R
what texture resolution are you downloading. i have a feeling that this may actually be a size limit. where i believe M02 is having issues installing massive files Example: the textures that work for you are only 96 MB, where as the textures that dont work for you are much bigger: even the lowest textures sizes that both FlaconOil and Vivid All in one offer are round 500+ MB in size which are ovbiously much bigger then the mod that works for you so if you are going for the 2k or 4k versions of both Vivid and FlaconOil mods, they are over a 1 GB in size. we have listed every possible solution and likewise you have tried every possible solution for textures not working (the solutions applies to all mods, not just textures). which leads me to believe that M02 is indeed having issues with big files. thats the only thing that is left in equation is file size. which makes sense, as even back in the Day Nexus mod manager struggled with Files Sizes over a Gigabyte in size, and simply would not install them properly. so as such i am sticking with my assumption that this is in fact a M02 Based issue. based on the information given. do you have any other mod that is over 1 Gigabyte in size worth of data, and is working ? just to be absolutely sure about this being a size limit issue. LordPhoenix82nd
The Vivid All in one Ba2 seems to be working now, but the textures are somewhat blurry which should be much easier to fix. I guess Fallout 4 just doesn't like loose files for the most part. I'll stick to mostly Ba2 archives for everything I really do appreciate the help, maybe at some point I'll get loose files to work with this game
