Level 170 enchant? You're using the Uncapping mod or a cheat.

 

Patch? No. Patches fix things. 'Mods' modify things.

 

Quowynn is in the caverns of Indoraynon. He didn't disappear unless you killed him. And, if you've already somehow got your Enchant skill up to 170, he won't be able to help you.

 

Boost your Intelligence. Enchant is based on Intelligence, and those with that attribute higher have a better possibility of suceeding in an enchantment.

No, I don't have the uncapping mod. I boosted my skills manually, not through training.

How can your enchant skill be at 170 WITHOUT the uncapping mod, considering

that the highest level possible is 100? Maybe you meant that your enchant

skill is at 70, which sounds more reasonable.

He did say he had an item which raised enchant 100 points, so I'm guessing that it is 170 = 70 (original) + 100 (item).

 

I'd just pay for it to be made if I was you. Creeper is always good for the cash and with enough resting and ordinator/golden saint killing you'll be able to raise the funds.

Yah, you need like 100 enchant skill to enchant. You're better off just using an enchanter. It's not that expensive to do it, cheaper than training enchant to 100.

in the original morrowind,as in no patches, i could enchant an amulet to have 70 fire dmg, 100 telekinesis, or levitate 10 for 30seconds, with 61 enchant and 55 luck.
